Black widow, Latrodectus, is a dangerous venomous spider. If you are bitten you might experience severe muscle pain, abdominal cramps, and muscle spasms. Usually you won't die, but death is more likely if you are a small child or an older person. |

An owl pellet is a pellet of undigested food and it could include bones, feathers, fur, and dirt. Many different species of birds produce pellets, such as owls, hawks, and falcons. We think it is a Barn Owl pellet. We ar'nt as sure as we wish we could be as there are |

Juniper trees can be from 65 to 130 feet tall. They grow all throughout the northern hemisphere and there are around 60 different species. They are evergreens and they have needle-like and/or spiky leaves. |
Yesterday we went on a bike ride up by Smith Rocks. It started out with a half hour of climbing and continued on to a side hill single track. When we got tho the top of the hill we stopped and everybody climbed a big Juniper tree. At the base of the tree I found an owl pellet. when we got home I dissected it and there were just bones and feathers. We kept going on a crazy cliff section with a really steep slope on one side and a really high angle on the other side. We got to a spot where we were riding along the river and we could look up and see rock climbers. We finally got to the road where we waited for the cars. While we waited I flipped over a rock and found a huge black widow! In it's hole it had already layed several egg sacs for next year.
